Can you stand up for your faith?
This study will examine the idea of persecution, responses to atheism, the importance of apologetics, the short-sightedness of mockers, and what it takes to be salt and light in your culture.
Film Synopsis: God's Not Dead interweaves stories of people confronting questions about the existence and identity of God.

Josh Wheaton, a freshman at a large state school, finds his Christian commitment challenged by an aggressive atheist philosophy professor. In order to skip a section on the existence of God, Professor Radisson requires all of his students to write and sign a statement declaring God is Dead. When Josh refuses, Radisson requires him to defend his faith to the class. If he can't win over the majority of students to his convictions, Radisson will fail Josh for that section of the course, jeopardizing his future plans for graduate school.

Ayisha's father is a conservative Muslim who requires her to wear a head scarf to college. On campus, Ayisha takes it off, wanting to appear like the other Western students. But the differences between her and her father go deeper than dress codes. Ayisha has been listening to Christian sermons on her iPod. If she is discovered, it will create a rift in her family.

Amy Ryan is an investigative journalist eager to expose Christians as culturally backward hypocrites. She thinks she has it all: an influential job, a rich and successful boyfriend; she foresees a future as a power couple. All that comes crashing down when a medical diagnosis requires Amy to confront her own mortality, and reveals the shallow nature of her relationship.

Mina is a woman in love with a man who initially captivated her with his good looks, wit, and intelligence. But she is forced to reconsider when the very man who claims to love her belittles her faith.

Pastor Dave just wants to take his African missionary friend to Disney World. Dave discovers that God may have other plans for him that are much bigger than a trip to the Magic Kingdom.
